Welcome to EVX News (https://evxnews.com), an independent news site covering Tesla, SpaceX, Starlink, AI and electric vehicles in English and Japanese. These terms explain the ground rules for using the site. We’ve kept them short and in plain language.
1. Accepting these terms
By visiting or using EVX News, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Using the site
You’re welcome to read, share and link to EVX News. Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to hack, overload or disrupt it, no automated scraping that degrades performance for other readers, and nothing illegal.
3. Our content
Unless noted otherwise, the articles, graphics and design of EVX News are created by the EVX News team. We want our reporting to travel, so we keep the rules for creators simple (see below). Please don’t copy entire articles word for word and present them as your own.
4. For Content Creators
EVX News started with a YouTube channel, so we know how much work goes into making great content. If you’re a YouTuber, podcaster, streamer, blogger, or creator of any kind, you’re welcome to use the news, facts, and analysis you find here in your own work. A shout-out or link back to EVX News is always appreciated, never required. One note: photos and embedded videos belong to their original owners (like Tesla, SpaceX, or Wikimedia Commons photographers), so check their credit lines and licenses before reusing them. Now go make something awesome.
5. Third-party content and links
Photos, logos, embedded videos and social posts (for example from YouTube or X) belong to their respective owners. We credit them on each article; if you want to reuse them, follow the owner’s credit line and license (such as a Creative Commons license on Wikimedia Commons). Product and company names are trademarks of their owners. EVX News is independent and is not affiliated with Tesla, SpaceX, xAI or any company we cover. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
6. Accuracy and corrections
We work hard to get things right and to link to original sources, but news moves fast and details can change. If you spot an error, email contact@evxnews.com with the article link and what needs fixing. We review every report and correct mistakes promptly.
